The Quality Policy is an essential element of the strategy and vision of INSB Bulgaria – to offer technical expertise in the field of the technical supervision of ships in service, as well as ships and floating facilities during construction and to ensure the safety of life and property at sea in compliance with the applicable international maritime conventions, the rules of the Maritime Administrations of Flag States as well as the Code of Ethics and internal order rules of the company.

Our Quality Policy is implemented through the following:

•   Maintaining an efficiently functioning quality system to provide a high level of the services provided in the field of maritime business;

•   Risk management strategy which has taken into account the internal and external circumstances and risks impacting the context within which the organization operates.

•   Complying with applicable regional and international codes, conventions and regulations;

•   Flexible market policy oriented towards serving the client’s needs and requirements;

•   Effective management through rational employment of human and financial resources, continuous improvement of the infrastructure and maintenance of healthy and safe working conditions in an optimal working environment;

•   Employment of highly qualified staff to ensure high quality of services;

•   Management engagement to the highest degree to encourage staff for maximum commitment and development of their personal skills, awareness for corporate culture, motivation for training and qualification;

•   Maintaining trust and equal approach to clients, suppliers and partners. 

The Quality Policy of INSB Bulgaria requires all company employees at all levels to demonstrate professionalism, discipline and responsibility, to be well acquainted with quality management system and to actively cooperate for its development and improvement.
